Orlandospain, if you purchased a service from our company we guarantee delivery. Customer service is vital in all businesses and is imperative when operating a successful business. Customer concerns upset everyone and our staff works very hard to troubleshoot them so communication errors are kept to a minimum. We ask that you contact our Chief Consumer Advocate’s office at the below email address. In truth, customers are not always right and companies are not always right. The effort to curing issues of concern, listening intently and calmly addressing issues is a role our Chief Consumer Advocate’s office has enthusiastically taken on. If you complaint is valid, we will resolve it immediately. Also, your statement about believing you have “a great idea for an invention” is not new to us because most people who create a solution to a problem simply believe that since they invented the solution it is good. We specifically guard against this “natural” occurrence. Our company implemented very specific language in an affirmative disclosure notice that you would have received and initialed prior to our staff accepting your idea/invention as a submission. This notice informs potential clients, just like you, that we do not offer positive or negative evaluations of ideas. The disclosure notice states our company . . . . “does not provide evaluation of commercial potential; thus, it has provided no positive or negative evaluation of this or any other product idea . . .” Likewise, if you entered into a contract with our company, it would have repeated the statement that the company had not evaluated the idea. As for your claimed experience with our representative, we would like to verify your remarks. We can do that because our representatives’ phone conversations are recorded and monitored to ensure compliance with company policies. Please understand we are contacted by tens of thousands of people each year, so there is no reason for a customer service person to act inappropriately. However, if one of our representatives acted inappropriately we would like the opportunity to investigate and take corrective action. Obviously, posting anonymously does not afford us the opportunity to verify your remarks. Below you will find the Chief Consumer Advocate’s email address. Please send us a note describing your post on this “gripe-site” and we will contact you. Davison is well ahead of the curve when it comes to compliance with strict regulatory control, which among other things provides inventors with greater transparency and written terms and conditions. All individual clients and even potential clients are provided risk statements in the form of an Affirmative Disclosure and the American Inventor Protection Act disclosure. No other company on the globe can compete based on the quality of product design and development services at the price points we offer. We would like to note the fact that in the past competitors have posted false and malicious comments and questions about us on the internet. Instead of choosing to compete by offering economic product design, development and packaging services they have chosen to confuse consumers by posting false information on “gripe-sites”. Our staff of over 250 people and their families don’t deserve to be defamed by an anonymous poster. In general, companies are no longer letting anonymous posters on the internet get away with intentionally harming their reputations. We suggest that this poster read pissedconsumer.com’s legal disclaimer concerning personal liability for posts. Comments like “ripped me off” are actionable. i had a great idea for an invention, a friend told me she heard of a site called davidson, i called them up, the guy told me that if he didnt like my idea he would tell me up front, after i told him my idea, he thought it was good, i sent 750 to get a team together to research and see if my idea was taken, i got a call back saying everything was good to go, they just needed to find a company who could make my product and to expect a package , i didnt get ***!!! i called and called, and i got nothing! they ripped me off!!!!!!!!!

Monetary Loss: $750.

for it and this company. I didn't receive anything back in return. and, they keep the money. If I can save one

person from the same mistake that I made,

I will. Don't fall for this program...
